Due to the sometimes sensitive nature of the projects I undertake, I am often not at liberty to discuss who I am currently working for - discretion is guaranteed when I am working with you, and any materials or information entrusted to me will be treated in the strictest confidence.

If you require information on my rates they will, of course, depend on the nature of the advice and support you require and the time we both feel may be required to reach a solution. I am willing to be flexible and am more than happy to charge out for either half or full-day rates for on-site visits, depending on the distance to be travelled and requirements of the work. I am currently based in North East Linconshire but am more than happy to travel around the UK, although longer distances will likely incur greater expenses.

For groups of up to four people, I am happy to provide any printed supporting materials inclusive of the daily rate but anything in excess will have to be calculated additional to my rate. These materials will be provided at cost or can be produced by the client on arrangement, but all copyright will remain with myself for training materials and should not be re-used without my permission. Any reports, analyses or other work commissioned by the client will remain their property on final payment.

All costings will be inclusive of VAT at 20% as outlined on an invoice detailing the exact nature of the work, time required and services to be fulfilled. Where the site is less than two hours away from my base in Grimsby, I will not charge accomodation expenses. I will levy a modest sum to cover either fuel or second class train travel for all on-site visits, and reimbursement for reasonable accomodation rates if the situation requires it.
